This includes but is not limited to unauthorized data scraping, the use of bots or malicious scripts, or attempting to exploit or hack the website in any manner. Xoltronic reserves the right to modify product information, prices, and availability at any time without prior notice. Such updates are made to maintain accuracy and ensure a consistent customer experience.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Xoltronic retains the right to cancel or refuse any order placed on our website at our sole discretion, particularly in the event of stock shortages, typographical errors in product listings or pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. Customers are permitted to cancel their orders only if the shipping process has not yet been initiated, specifically prior to the generation of a shipping label. Once the order has entered the shipping stage, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Payment Terms
We accept a broad range of secure payment methods including major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Affirm, Klarna, and Xoltronic-issued store credit. Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on the customer’s delivery location within Canada. Any attempts at unauthorized chargebacks for valid orders, especially those with confirmed delivery via signature or photographic proof, will be actively disputed. Xoltronic reserves the right to suspend or restrict user accounts in such cases.
Shipping Terms

Customers should be aware that for orders valued at $50 CAD or more, delivery confirmation in the form of a signature or delivery photograph may be required. Xoltronic reserves all rights in determining the most suitable delivery method, carrier, or logistics provider. The method of shipment will not be disclosed to customers as part of our internal logistics process.
Returns and Warranty Summary
Customers should carefully review our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy and our Warranty Policy before making a purchase. These policies detail the conditions under which products may be returned or exchanged, and the steps required for warranty claims. As a general rule, clearance and final sale items are non-returnable. For eligible returns, a 30% restocking fee applies and shipping fees are typically non-refundable. All intellectual property on the Xoltronic website, including but not limited to our brand name, product names, images, designs, and written content, is the exclusive property of Xoltronic. Xoltronic assumes no responsibility for issues resulting from improper use, third-party component incompatibility, or unauthorized alterations.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute or disagreement regarding a transaction, product, or service, the customer must first attempt to resolve the matter through Xoltronic’s customer support team. If the issue remains unresolved after good faith discussions, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration conducted in Ontario, Canada, under the rules of a recognized arbitration body. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, customers waive their right to pursue litigation in court.
Refer-a-Friend and Affiliate Programs
Customers participating in Xoltronic’s refer-a-friend program acknowledge that rewards earned are not redeemable as cash and are non-transferable. Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the referral system may result in disqualification from the program and revocation of earned rewards. The affiliate program is governed by a separate policy which will be publicly available upon its launch.
