Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of use or missing components are not eligible for return. Clearance and final sale items are non-returnable.
Customers must initiate a return request through our website. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Upon approval, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided. A prepaid return label will be issued, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns. Refunds are calculated as follows:
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item, pending inspection.
Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Customers are required to provide photo or video evidence to support their claim. Upon verification, Xoltronic will offer a replacement or store credit. No restocking or return shipping fees will apply in these cases.
Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items. Customers must initiate an exchange request through our website. Exchanges are limited to the same item or a variant of equal value, subject to availability.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. In certain situations, refunds may be provided as store credit, especially when original payment methods are unavailable.
Values from coupons or discounts used during the purchase are non-refundable. If a purchase was made using store credit, the refunded amount will be returned as store credit, not cash.
