All Xoltronic products are covered by a one-year limited warranty, commencing from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal, intended use.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Physical damage, including but not limited to connector breakage and cable fraying.
Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or repairs.
Cosmetic issues such as scratches or scuffs.
Damage from use outside the intended purpose or with incompatible third-party accessories.
Products used for commercial or industrial purposes.
Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim:
Contact Us: Email our support team at support@xoltronic.com with a description of the issue.
Provide Proof: Include proof of purchase and photo or video evidence of the defect.
Return Authorization: In certain cases, we may require the return of the defective product for further inspection. A return label will be provided, but customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be deducted or invoiced as applicable.
Inspection: We may involve authorized third-party investigators to assess the product’s condition.
Resolution
Upon validation of a warranty claim, Xoltronic will, at its discretion:
Replace the product with the same or a similar item.
Issue store credit.
In rare cases, provide a refund.
Please note that the choice of remedy is determined solely by Xoltronic.
Limitation of Liability
Xoltronic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. This warranty does not guarantee compatibility with devices outside the specified use cases.
