At Xoltronic, we are committed to ensuring your electronic accessories are delivered securely, affordably, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping fees, delivery timelines, proof of delivery, lost or stolen packages, and return-related shipping charges. By placing an order with Xoltronic, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Xoltronic offers free standard shipping on all orders totaling $50 CAD or more, before tax. For orders under $50 CAD, a shipping fee will be applied at checkout based on your province and the selected shipping method. Customers located within the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA) qualify for a free economy shipping option that delivers within five to six business days, regardless of the order total. Additionally, a $2.99 small order fee applies to all orders under $24 CAD. This fee is non-refundable in the event of a return.
Orders are processed within one business day. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes three to five business days, while express shipping arrives within one to three business days. Customers who select the free economy option within the GTHA can expect delivery within five to six business days. All delivery estimates are based on business days and do not account for weekends, holidays, or carrier-related delays.
To provide a secure delivery experience, orders valued between $50 and $99.99 CAD will require either a signature or delivery photo confirmation. Orders totaling $100 CAD or more must be signed for upon delivery. If the delivery driver is unable to obtain a signature or complete the delivery, the carrier may attempt re-delivery or return the order to Xoltronic. In such cases, any fees incurred may be passed on to the customer.
Xoltronic partners with multiple reputable carriers through Shippo to select the most efficient and reliable shipping method for each order. Customers will not be able to choose the shipping carrier at checkout. In some cases, we may use personal delivery services at our discretion; however, the exact delivery method will not be disclosed to the customer as it does not affect the terms of service or delivery performance.
If an order is marked as delivered and supported by either a signature or a delivery photo, the order is considered fulfilled, and no refund, replacement, or reshipment will be provided. If no such delivery proof is available and the customer reports the package as undelivered, we will conduct an internal investigation that may take up to 48 hours. If the carrier confirms that the package was lost or could not be delivered, Xoltronic may offer a replacement or store credit at its sole discretion. Stolen packages after confirmed delivery (such as porch theft) are not the responsibility of Xoltronic. We may assist in communication with the shipping carrier, but we reserve the right to ask the customer to contact the carrier directly when appropriate.
If a customer requests a return, Xoltronic will provide a prepaid return shipping label. However, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the final refund. Additionally, all returned items are subject to a 30 percent restocking fee, which will also be deducted from the refunded amount. Xoltronic does not offer optional shipping insurance on any orders. All shipments are sent with tracking information, and higher-value orders include either a signature or delivery photo requirement to ensure fulfillment accuracy. In the rare event of a damaged or lost package without delivery confirmation, our team will follow internal claim procedures and work with the carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.
By completing a purchase on the Xoltronic website, you agree that delivery to the shipping address you provided, when accompanied by proof of delivery (signature or delivery photo), constitutes fulfillment of our obligation. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate, accessible, and secure. Xoltronic is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from inaccurate address information or customer unavailability at the time of delivery.
